About the Role:

The Associate Creative Recruiter will partner closely with our product and marketing teams to identify and attract top talent to continue to propel the Arhaus brand forward. This role requires a combination of strong creative sensibility, relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for creative, is highly curious, and is excited to shape the future of Arhaus through people.

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for product and marketing roles including: Buying/Merchandising, Industrial Design, Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Sourcing, and all roles under Marketing.
• Assist TA Leadership with University Recruiting for our year‑round internship program.
• Support Talent Acquisition Leadership on key searches by conducting proactive sourcing and talent scouting.
• Build, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of creative talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Accountable for screening applicants, reviewing portfolios, and conducting initial candidate assessments for quality, functional expertise and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure alignment on role expectations, target profiles and overall process.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication to create a white‑glove candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts, including presence at creative recruitment fairs or relevant industry events.
• Track and manage candidate data in the ATS while maintaining high attention to detail and compliance.
• Provide consistent updates to hiring managers on search status and provide market insights to internal partners.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, or relevant background in retail merchandising and product, PR/Communications or broader retail experience.
• Strong creative eye and ability to review portfolios/creative work with an understanding of brand fit and aesthetic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media recruitment, and ATS systems is a plus.
• Passion for design, retail, and delivering exceptional experiences.
