What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Identify and reach out to emerging talent across various platforms and communities
• Conduct cold outreach to persuade creators to join and thrive on the platform
• Stay informed on creator trends, rising influencers, and cultural moments
• Guide new creators through the onboarding process to ensure a successful start on the platform
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to address challenges and promote creator development

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fully fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and passion for livestreaming and internet culture
• Determination to identify and bring new creators to the platform
• Desire to support and grow emerging creators within the community

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, with knowledge of live streaming tools and software
• Established relationships with a variety of content creators across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with the latest content trends on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
