Outsource Ability is thrilled to announce a full-time Content Creator Outreach/TikTok Shop Manager position for an innovative e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop listings, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct outreach to creators via TikTok, Instagram, and freelance platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partnered creators.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing creator partnerships.
• Track creator performance, ROI, and campaign impact.
• Work closely with marketing team to integrate creator content into broader campaigns.
• Ensure all TikTok Shop compliance requirements and best practices are met.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in content creation or influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of TikTok.
• Technical Skills: Must have a reliable solar and/or UPS system, a headset, and a laptop/computer to perform tasks effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for effective outreach and collaboration.
• Work Environment: A quiet location to work from, ensuring minimal distractions during work hours.
• Internet Connection: Fast and reliable internet is required to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
