Position Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated Graphic Designer with a strong background in direct mail design, Adobe InDesign (INDD), XMPie, and print production. The ideal candidate thrives independently but also collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams including account managers, data specialists, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout direct mail pieces using Adobe InDesign
• Set up and execute variable data print (VDP) campaigns using XMPie
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with production teams to meet tight deadlines
• Maintain design consistency while adapting creative to a variety of formats and client needs
• Troubleshoot file and printing issues and follow best practices for output

Requirements

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (INDD)
• Strong working knowledge of XMPie for VDP
• Experience with direct mail production and print file setup
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with postal regulations and mailpiece specifications a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Acrobat
• Understanding of prepress and color management
• Previous agency or print shop experience
