What Youu2019d Do in This Role:
As a Video Producer for SmartDollar, youu2019ll own the full production process, from concept to final delivery on all video work. This role shapes the creative vision, develops concepts, writes scripts, builds treatments and pitch decks, leads production crews, manages timelines, directs on set, leads post‑production processes, manages stakeholder expectations, and tracks asset performance. Projects could include webinars, organic and paid social media assets, client and user testimonials, marketing content, and product content.
Youu2019re Probably a Match If:
- You have 2-3 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred)
- Youu2019re skilled at storytelling and building narratives that drive impact
- Youu2019re organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Youu2019re confident managing production workflows
- You communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships
- You have the ability to travel 3-4 times a year
