What You'll Be Doing
Defining and executing technical strategy and operational roadmap in alignment with company goals
Leading a team of 20 engineers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of high performance
Collaborating cross‑functionally with executives and other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts
Architecting and developing robust, feature-rich systems from inception to implementation
Producing clear documentation for designers and engineers
Championing engineering best practices and continuous improvement
Troubleshooting complex systems and features as needed
What You Need
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
15+ years
of software development experience
5-10+ years
in engineering leadership roles
5+ years
in the video game industry
Proven track record of delivering multiple titles across modern gaming platforms (PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch)
Expertise in C++ development and proficiency in scripting languages (Blueprint, LUA, C#, Python, etc.)
Strong understanding of Unreal Engine and version control systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
