Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field
5 years of experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders
Experience with creator‑centric products, social interactions, or communities
Experience in a user‑facing product role, shipping design‑centric features that drive user engagement

Senior Product Manager, Creators on Search is a
Full‑time
position with a base salary range of $183,000–$271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Define and articulate a product outlook for the creator work‑stream area you are covering, aligning with search discovery's missions and strategy.
Partner with search discovery teams, collaborating with engineering and research teams to integrate new creator features and tools.
Develop an understanding of creator behavior and motivations through a combination of qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and direct feedback from creators.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders across Google, advocating for the Creator team and its mission.
