Sr. Marketing Director – Value
working in
Chicago, IL , you will be part of Value Brands marketing team. The person will own overall brand strategy, positioning, and activation for brands like Miller High Life and Keystone Light, ensuring the strategic integrity within total brand portfolio, and within the beer category.
What You’ll Be Brewing
Responsible for Value Brands delivery against company’s strategic, volumetric, and financial goals annually, as well as their long‑term ability to meet three‑year brand equity targets
Lead and direct external and internal resources through the value chain to deliver on a strategic intent
Responsible for integration into the broader organization, ensuring integrity of marketing programming and messaging from conception through execution links highly with brand positioning, while retaining the ability to react to competitor and market conditions
Define strategic direction for assigned portfolio, resource allocation, and financial planning for portfolio. Develop a fully comprehensive commercial plan with a specific focus on local and regional activations
Attract, lead, manage, and mentor employees in such a way to ensure retention, development, and superior performance of talent
You are an authentic leader. You value and respect differences and believe diversity with inclusion is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (10–15+ years in progressive experience in CPG marketing (top priority); management consulting, agency and apparel/retail experience also an asset

You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

Pay and Benefits At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $168,400.00
Posting salary range: $168,400.00 – $221,000.00 (30% target short‑term incentive + target long‑term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days)).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
