Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Manage the daily workflows of creator consulting engagements, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups. Data Analysis: Build reports, analyze creator and affiliate performance data, and synthesize insights for client presentations. Platform Education: Act as a platform educator for clients and internal teams—helping translate creator strategies into workflows within the impact.com platform and creating simple how-to resources. Client Coordination: Support internal and external communications, ensuring seamless execution across teams and regions. Playbook Development: Help compile deliverables and playbooks following strategy workshops. Collaboration: Partner closely with offshore analysts, Product, and Marketing to ensure all data and insights align with consulting outputs. Requirements

2+–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, and analytics (internships or full-time). Strong Excel/Sheets and presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint). Curiosity about the creator economy, affiliate marketing, and performance media. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. A passion for marketing technology. An analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data. A proactive attitude and passion for learning from global consulting leaders. Benefits
