Production Assistant- Fashion Brand in NYC! Job at Fourth Floor in New York

Our client, Popular Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for an eager and hard-working Production Assistant to join their team in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Sample management, tracking and coordinating shipments with factories
• Work with merchant team on PO revisions, tickets, size breaks and projections
• Assist in collecting time and action information to ensure adherence to the product development calendar
• Monitor vendor work in process and shipping exception reports under direction of supervisor
• Follow up with vendors/suppliers on all product specifics
• Present prototype samples to customs officials for line review and approval
• Assist with the maintenance of all Development and Production reports

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree
• 1-2 years experience in a related field
• Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills
• Adaptive to a multi-tasked environment
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
