About the Role SVPs are leaders who have proven themselves to clients, teams, and the agency. They consistently deliver exceptional work, can confidently lead a pitch, and present the final presentation. They are trusted to lead beyond their team and clients, taking on department‑wide responsibilities. GCDs, like this role, help steer agency growth with a skill set that aligns with our needs. They proactively persuade clients, navigate personalities and politics, and their opinions are valued and expected by clients.
Responsibilities
You have a portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual prowess and passion for work spanning the modern consumer journey—from digital, social, mobile, experiential to the unknown.
You understand, appreciate, and are a student of the craft of art direction. You know what makes something visual work and can articulate the why and how.
You have experience leading creative teams, mentoring creatives, and helping them grow and succeed.
You are a skilled presenter and active listener, taking clients on the journey of how we arrived at our recommendations, and can defend our work without being defensive.
You collaborate well with other disciplines and are ready to roll up your sleeves, get in the trenches, and create great work together.
You thrive on using creativity to solve real business problems and enjoy championing ideas before CMOs, CEOs, and other executives.
Qualifications
At least 3+ years in a creative leadership role.
