We’re looking for a

Product Designer

who’s passionate about crafting clean, effective interfaces and scalable design systems. You’ll join a team building the next-generation

AI-powered productivity assistant

for business employees—a product designed to embed

AI agents

directly into employees’ daily workflows. These AI agents go beyond search: they proactively assist users in completing business tasks, automating repetitive steps, coordinating between apps, and surfacing the right documents or actions at the right moment. Your designs will help make these agents feel helpful, trustworthy, and intuitive to interact with. This is a high-impact role on a team that directly supports business users across functions like Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal. You’ll help define the visual language and interaction patterns that shape how employees engage with intelligent agents and AI-enhanced workflows—effortlessly and confidently. Design intuitive, beautiful user interfaces with a strong focus on layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual polish. Contribute to and evolve a unified

design system

that ensures consistency and scalability across the product. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to explore and validate interface concepts. Create interaction flows and component specs that account for dynamic AI behavior and adaptive content. Explore opportunities to use

motion and microinteractions

to enhance clarity and delight in the product experience. Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usage data, and stakeholder input. Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent). A strong portfolio that shows well-crafted UIs, attention to visual detail, and thoughtful interaction design. Strong expertise in interaction design principles, motion, and system design. Experience contributing to or maintaining a

design system

in a team setting. Fluency in tools like Figma, and confidence creating responsive designs for web applications. Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving product definitions. Collaborative and curious mindset—interested in learning from teammates across disciplines. Skills in

motion design

and prototyping tools like CodePen, Rive, Principle, or Framer. For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $110,000. Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
