We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Manager to join our growing in-house marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our partners’ web presence, ensuring that sites are conversion‑optimized, accessible, high‑ranking, and current. You should be highly skilled in content management system architecture, technical implementation, and have robust coding expertise.
Responsibilities
Serve as the manager for the
Content Management System
(managing user access, permissioning, content governance, and maintaining optimal CMS health and integrity).
Proactively develop and maintain flexible CMS modules and templates to support the needs of UX design, content creation, and technical SEO optimization.
Own the daily production and implementation of high volumes of digital content across multiple partitioned sites within the CMS, collaborating directly with designers and writers to ensure technical execution meets creative specifications.
Act as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Technology teams, managing and prioritizing content‑related technical ticketing and coordinating resolution efforts with front‑end and back‑end developers.
Technically implement the dictated SEO strategy within the CMS structure, working closely with the SEO Manager (e.g., meta data, structured data, canonical tags).
Maintain the health of the CMS codebase in collaboration with the Technology team.
Monitor and report all web traffic analytics, focusing on content performance, site uptime, and page load optimization.
Test content, functionality, and performance across different browsers and cross‑platforms.
Repair broken links and fix bugs, independently or with tech assistance.
Contribute to discussions on ways to improve content functionality and usability.
Work with project management to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Address accessibility needs (ADA compliance).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UXD, or a related field.
Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications (a plus).
5+ years’ experience in the technology or marketing field.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple websites.
Strong working knowledge of all relevant coding languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
Prior experience with site design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Webflow, etc.
Prior experience with CMS tools such as WordPress, Drupal, Cascade, Terminalfour, Joomla, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.
Experience in site deployment and tracking.
Reporting progress in workflow tools such as Jira, Asana, and Workfront.
Capability of managing web content management systems, e.g., WordPress.
Excellent communicator, especially regarding abstract concepts.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation offered at Everspring will be determined by factors such as location, level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary hiring range for this position is: $80,000 – $93,000.
