Senior Search Marketing Analyst
with 5–7 years of experience managing complex Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs. The ideal candidate is data-driven, curious, and passionate about leveraging analytics and emerging technologies—especially AI—to optimize campaign performance to maintain a competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms.
Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals.
Strong proficiency in Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms.
Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar).
Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic).
