As a U.S.‑based warranty provider, we offer expertise in safety and homecare to customers, protecting critical home functions such as plumbing, heating, cooling, appliances, power surges, and hot water heaters, as well as external lines like water, gas, and septic. We primarily serve B2B2C markets, partnering with utilities and municipalities to provide protection through their brands, often adding our subscription fee to utility bills. If our customers need help with home maintenance, repair, or coverage, OHS is there. This role supports the marketing production team by performing creative reviews, managing the flow of marketing materials, and enabling timely, clear communication to internal and external teams. Ideal candidates are proactive, possess strong communication skills, thrive in fast‑paced collaborative environments, and are eager to grow experience in creative operations, process improvement, and production coordination.
Location: Naperville. A regular in‑office hybrid model (Tuesday‑Thursday in office; Monday & Friday remote) is required.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Creative review of internal art and external live proofs.
Aid in trafficking and reconciliation of marketing materials.
Maintain internal creative schedules to ensure review and approval through processes on schedule.
Communicate status of materials to internal and external groups.
Identify, track, and expedite delays that may impact timely approvals.
Assist in tracking relevant information and troubleshooting errors.
Organize and document external vendor communications.
Communicate changes to internal and external teams effectively to ensure updates are carried out in designs.
Experience and Qualifications of the Role
1+ years of experience in Marketing Creative Proofreading.
1+ years of experience in related fields such as Marketing, Production, Quality Control, or Process Improvement.
Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision‑making.
Proactive mindset.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Sense of urgency in all aspects of work.
Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise, and accurate work.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Workfront, and Asana.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in related fields such as Marketing, Production, Quality Control, or Process Improvement).
Compensation and Benefits We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. The base pay is $20.80‑$30.09 USD hourly. Compensation may also include an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive plan, or commission target.
