What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and implement data‑driven strategies to increase donor retention and engagement across various channels
Manage the development of pipelines for activists to first‑time donors, coordinating with the Digital Advocacy team
Establish goals and evaluate KPIs for donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades
Assist in the development of overall Digital Fundraising & Engagement strategy for tailored donor experiences
Contribute to ongoing learning and knowledge sharing within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of CRM software and marketing technology, such as EveryAction or Engaging Networks
Proficiency with Excel for reporting and data management
Proven ability to translate complex issues into accessible communications
Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize multiple deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a non‑profit or advocacy organization
Familiarity with digital fundraising strategies and donor lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation
Knowledge of environmental issues and advocacy efforts
Experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies
