The NAF Channel Marketing team is charged with determining where to play, what to sell, and how to win in selling channels and has ownership of the holistic go‑to‑market strategy. We use our deep Operator knowledge to develop strategies, plans and create demand driving solutions to grow our business and help our customers thrive, now and in the future.
The Non‑Commercial (NC) channel is critical to delivering the mission and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead in this space. Our NC work has an impact on travelers, patients, college students, and senior living residents across the country, and this team is on a mission to ensure they get the good stuff that we produce.
You will be an integral part of a tight‑knit team who always have each other's back and have a ton of fun together! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver P&L : Assess, select, develop, and oversee execution of plans to deliver on financial commitments (Sales & Profit).
Strategic Leadership : Build and own long‑range vision and growth strategies for the business. Lead the annual plans process for Non‑Commercial Channels, collaborating cross‑functionally to define where to play, how to win, and the activation plans across the 4Ps. Balance and prioritize the role of innovation, renovation, distribution, trade, SRM, promotions and Connected Commerce to achieve business goals.
Marketing Team Leadership : Unleash the power of people by empowering and developing both of your two direct reports and the cross‑functional team (Sales, Culinary, Connected Commerce) through Engaging Leader behaviors to continue the tremendous momentum in the channel and deliver growth in F25 and beyond.
Channel Campaign Strategy : Partner closely with Brand Experience through brief development, creative process, and execution to ensure our external presence aligns to our NC Channel strategy and mission.
Portfolio Strategy : Partner with Platform Marketing and cross functional partners to strengthen business through insight and action and to ensure there is innovation pipeline sufficiency across our product portfolio for the duration of the LRP (full 12Q pipeline) and that we are setup to deliver long‑term share growth in key categories like Cereal, FBG, Snacks and Biscuits.
Customer Development : Partner closely with Foodservice sales to amplify channel strategy, plan, and product launches. Lead and attend Industry events and customer meetings as needed.
Industry Leadership : Partner closely with Foodservice sales to amplify our leadership position in the key industry events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of related experience in foodservice marketing or B2B marketing
Strategic Business Development – leadership experience to develop and influence growth strategies across brands and channels
Ability to work across multiple levels including senior leadership, both internally and externally
Thrives in a cross‑functional team environment – ability to influence and partner with teammates from Marketing, Sales, R&D, Analytics, etc.
Experience leading teams and influencing in a matrix environment
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated excellence in leading and coaching others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Non‑Commercial Channel experience.
Differential experience in Lodging/Senior Living with a B2B Company will be considered a significant differential.
Prior sales experience will be considered a differential capability.

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $108,900.00 – $181,700.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences, performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
