Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with proficiency in software such as Revit and AutoCAD. This role involves collaborating on various projects, from schematic design through to construction documentation, while delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and concepts.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
Participate in schematic design phases and develop design presentations.
Prepare construction documentation and specifications for various building types.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for new projects.
Assist in the coordination of multidisciplinary project teams including engineers and contractors.
Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in architectural design.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
3+ years of experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Knowledge of mixed‑use development is a plus.
Strong drafting skills and experience with freehand sketching.
Familiarity with architectural visualization tools such as Enscape.
Experience with Rhino, SketchUp, Grasshopper, and InDesign is advantageous.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
