As a Marketing Account Coordinator, youll help keep our projects organized and our clients supported. Youll work closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to track details, follow up on tasks, capture notes, and keep communication flowing. Youll be the person who helps make sure everyone knows whats happening next. Theres also a fast-moving, jump-in-and-help energy to this role. Youll coordinate tasks, track timelines, spot small details before they become big issues, and help the team stay two steps ahead. What Youll Do Support day-to-day project coordination with a focus on timelines, tasks, and clear communication. Open jobs, manage paperwork, and keep project documentation organized and up to date. Help ensure estimates, schedules, and briefs are accurate and aligned with client expectations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teamssharing information, capturing requests, and keeping everyone aligned. Communicate with clients on routine updates and requests; draft clear, professional emails and know when to loop in senior team members. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and make sure next steps are captured and followed through. Maintain project records, budgets, schedules, and status logs to help track scope, hours, and costs. Assist with internal task-based project needs such as gathering assets, proofreading materials, and supporting light QA checks. Coordinate recurring tasks, including monthly domain and SSL renewals and ongoing web maintenance communication. Support sweepstakes processes from winner notification through prize fulfillment.

What Youll Bring

1+ year of full?time professional work experience in marketing, administrative support, customer service, operations, or project coordination. Strong recall and memory you can keep track of details across multiple projects without repeated prompts. Excellent attention to detail with dates, names, numbers, documentation, etc. Clear, confident written and verbal communication. Comfort organizing tasks and information using tools like Excel, shared documentation, and project management systems. Ability to prioritize, stay calm, and adapt as plans shift. Professionalism when prompting teammates or clients for approvals, assets, or information. Interest in learning how marketing projects are planned, executed, and delivered.
