Role Description As FullyRamped’s first marketer, you’ll own the full B2B marketing funnel—from generating awareness to driving pipeline, product engagement, and expansion. You’ll partner closely with the founder/CEO, our sales team, and product team to craft the campaigns, content, and lifecycle journeys that turn interest into revenue.
This is a builder role. You’ll have the autonomy to design the marketing strategy, execute quickly, and establish the foundation for a best-in-class GTM function in an enterprise, sales-led motion.
What You’ll Own Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
Own MQL and SQL targets across paid and organic channels
Build and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and relevant B2B channels
Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels that drive qualified pipeline
Evaluate channel performance and allocate budget based on CAC, payback, and ROI
Content & SEO
Lead our content strategy: blog, SEO, guides, playbooks, webinars, and newsletters
Write or commission high-quality content for sales enablement leaders, sales leadership, and revenue teams
Own the SEO strategy (technical + content) to grow organic traffic and inbound leads
Help define and evolve our brand voice for enterprise buyers
Work hand-in-hand with the sales team and founder/CEO to build outbound and inbound campaigns
Develop persona- and vertical-based campaigns tailored to sales enablement and sales leadership
Support a sales-led, enterprise motion with targeted programs that accelerate opportunity creation and close rates
Lifecycle & Product Engagement
Collaborate with product to build lifecycle journeys that improve activation, retention, and expansion
Design onboarding and feature-adoption campaigns across email, in-app, and other channels
Use segmentation and behavioral data to drive deeper product usage and customer advocacy
Who You Are
3–7+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in sales tech, enablement, or revenue operations
Full-funnel marketer comfortable owning demand gen, content, and lifecycle
Strong writer who can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Highly collaborative; you like sitting with sales, listening to customer gong calls, and thinking about product
Energized by early-stage startups: you’re comfortable with ambiguity, biased to action, and excited to build from 0 → 1
Interested in enterprise, sales-led motions and how marketing can amplify them
Past experience as an individual contributor in sales is a plus
Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
