We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong AI product experience to help shape intuitive, human-centered interfaces. Our client is an ambitious, rapidly scaling AI company focused on building next-generation intelligent products that empower businesses and users worldwide, valuing creativity, experimentation, and thoughtful design. As an UI/UX Designer (AI), you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design seamless user experiences powered by cutting-edge AI. You will translate complex AI capabilities into clear, usable, and delightful interfaces that build trust and enhance user outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English language (B2 Level or higher) is a must.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML UX patterns (e.g., prompt design UX, explainability, confidence indicators, conversational UI).
• Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or Framer.
• Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, model inputs/outputs, data flows) to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Strong communication and ability to present design decisions clearly.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curious, experimental mindset willing to explore new ideas and iterate quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.

Nice To Have

• Experience with conversational design or chat-based UI.
• Previous work on AI, ML, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end implementation basics.
• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from concept to final UI.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual design assets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore new AI features and craft intuitive ways for users to interact with them.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and improve designs.
• Ensure interfaces effectively communicate AI behavior, limitations, and transparency.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems tailored for AI interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in AI UX, human-AI interaction, and emerging design patterns.
