Sr. Video Game Product Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - must be local or willing to relocate)
Salary: $100,000-$125,000 DOE + Annual Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits

What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in the video game industry
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management roles
- Must have experience on projects involving modern game platforms
- Expertise in creating business cases, managing budgets, handling P&L, and assessing financial risks in game development and publishing
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and key external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to completing tasks
- Quick decision-making skills, balancing the needs of the company, product, players, and partners
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Product Director, this role will collaborate across teams to create and launch products that support the company's goals. It involves working with publishing, development, and finance to align strategies for successful product delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in game development or product management, strong business acumen, and a passion for high-quality video games.
