Sr. Product Marketing Manager – Audience Development Marketing
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go‑to‑Market (GTM) initiatives, you will be a core member of Amazon Music’s Audience Development Marketing team. You will lead GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Music artist, content, and fan experience products, working cross‑functionally with product managers, marketing teams, and artists to deliver new features that surprise, delight, and engage customers. The role is highly visible and requires strong communication, creative problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver scalable GTM strategies and frameworks for product feature launches.
Conduct customer research to gain insights and enhance brand positioning in the growing music‑service space.
Oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of cross‑channel global marketing plans to build awareness, adoption, and engagement of key features.
Partner with product teams to shape roadmaps that drive Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Listening Hours, and the overall customer experience on Amazon Music.
Collaborate with the Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams to integrate music‑ and podcast‑artist content into the customer experience.
Provide copywriting guidance and advocate for optimal customer experience during UX design with product teams.
Drive regular reviews of roadmap progress and results with leadership across marketing, subscriptions technology, and product.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
Experience leading go‑to‑market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
