Summary The Safer Swimmer is seeking a creative and reliable ContentCreator to support brand storytelling for our companies: Premier Swim Academy, Premier Aquatics, and The Pool Pros. This role focuses on capturing high-quality onsite content, producing engaging visual and written assets, and strengthening the visibility, personality, and mission of all three brands.
The ideal candidate thrives in active environments, communicates confidently with staff and families, and enjoys bringing stories to life through photography, videography, and short-form content creation.
Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photography and video across multiple programs, facilities, and service locations
Produce short-form videos, reels, and social-ready content aligned with brand guidelines
Edit, organize, and maintain media assets for efficient delivery to the marketing team
Collaborate with staff, swimmers, and families to collect authentic, mission-driven content
Support scheduled events, seasonal campaigns, and planned content shoots
Work with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm concepts and ensure consistent messaging
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands
Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
Reliable transportation: regular travel between sites required
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
Comfortable capturing content around swimmers, families, and busy program environments
Must be available during peak facility hours: weekday evenings, weekends, and events
Work Environment On-site at indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities; temperature and noise levels may vary
Frequent interaction with swimmers, staff, and families in active, fast-paced settings
May have an opportunity for hybrid flexibility for editing and post-production tasks
