2026 Tapestry Apprenticeship Program Overview

Our 12-month Design Apprentice Program will give recent graduates or early‑career individuals the opportunity to collaborate with our talented design teams to learn all aspects of the design process. We offer training and learning sessions to give exposure to leaders and provide a big‑picture understanding of our business. The design apprentices also have the opportunity to present a final project to design leaders across all of the brands.
Program Details
Program Dates: June 16, 2026 – June 1, 2027
Work Structure: Hybrid (Tuesday‑Thursday in office)
Location: New York City, Hudson Yards Office
Compensation: $26 per hour

Primary Purpose
As a digital product design apprentice, you will be part of an industry‑leading innovation team. Collaborating closely with DPC team members, designers, product development and other cross‑functional teams, you will develop digital twins & print prototypes across Tapestry’s house of brands and product categories.
Responsibilities
Experience all aspects of Digital Product Creation at Tapestry
Create 3D models in a variety of software, including but not limited to Rhino, Modo, Clo3D & Blender
Render and visualize 3D models in Adobe Substance and beyond
Prep, print & hand finish 3D prints using the latest 3D printers and post‑processing tools
Learn DPC best practices including project and file management and maintenance
Qualifications
1+ years of work/internship digital design experience: modeling, visualizing and/or 3D printing; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Technology savvy
Proficiency in Adobe products including Photoshop & Illustrator
Strong collaboration skills & excellent ability to problem‑solve, multi‑task and prioritize
Drive, curiosity & motivation to grow your skills, community, and career
