Key Responsibilities Manage & scale creator portfolios, securing brand deals and growing platform presence. Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers. Build & nurture strong relationships with brands and agencies to book top talent for campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to shape overall strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster. Work independently and remotely in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and digital media trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
