Position Overview The UI Developer / UX Designer will design intuitive, user‑focused interfaces while developing front‑end functionality for web applications. This role blends creative design and hands‑on development, guiding the user experience from research and wireframing through visual design, prototyping, and implementation. The ideal candidate has strong UX skills, solid front‑end development experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and high‑quality user interfaces. Position Responsibilities Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs. Create personas, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Translate requirements into intuitive and accessible UX designs. Implement designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React. Ensure responsive, mobile‑friendly, cross‑browser functionality. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI features. Optimize performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1). Maintain and update front‑end code and resolve UI issues. Partner with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and design consistency. Position Requirements Over 10 years of combined UX design and UI development experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Strong front‑end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React. Experience with responsive design, design systems, and prototyping. Understanding of user‑centered design principles and agile methods. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Experience using Git or similar version control tools.
