Senior UX Researcher New York, NY – (Hybrid, 3 days home, 2 days office) 18 months W2 Rate – $82-84/hr Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with leadership. 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquiries, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies). Ability to transform findings and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executives and cross‑functional partners. Day to Day Plan and carry out custom research using various methods. Study both user behavior and opinions. Collaborate with design, product, content, engineering, and marketing teams. Share findings in clear and engaging ways. Work with product and business teams to choose research topics. Provide expert guidance on research and advocate for users.
