Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $130,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexibility to accommodate international travel Supportive and collaborative work environment Engaging role that allows for technical consultation and project involvement What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical support to Project Managers and Implementation Teams, including hands‑on and remote commissioning assistance Produce and assist with technical training for internal and external end‑users Amend and adapt Audio‑Visual system designs, including CAD schematics and project requirements Create Scope of Work and Bill of Materials for client quotes, including allocation of professional service hours Review and approve technical documents for handover to Project Management for deployment What is Required (Qualifications): 5+ years of design experience in the AV industry Degree‑level qualification in a formal technical discipline or 8+ years of professional AV industry experience in implementation and/or system support Knowledge of design implementation and installation of key technologies (e.g., Control, Audio, Video, VoIP) CTS certification or higher Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with demanding clients and technical teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): CTS‑D, CTS‑I certifications Formal BA in an Engineering Field Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Familiarity with Ease Software and certifications from Shure, QSC, or Lightware We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
