Associate Director, Brand Content
Client: Procter & Gamble ‘Corporate Citizenship’ line of business. Reports to the team Director. This hybrid position bridges Content and Media Solutions, driving the development of integrated media and brand content strategies for P&G. P&G is a global leader in marketing excellence and, through its partnership with Carat, continues to increase growth and deliver award‑winning results. The P&G Corporate Media Solutions & Content team supports some of P&G’s most awarded programs. Position Summary: Carat Content & Media Solutions is looking for an Associate Director (AD) to lead strategy, implementation, and measurement for P&G’s Corporate Citizenship projects. You will create media and content‑led ideas, partnering with Directors, Managers, and Specialists (Video, Audio, Digital, Operations) across planning, execution, and program management. You will help shape P&G’s innovation and expansion through media channels, brand entertainment, and content projects. You will be a media and content‑focused advertising professional with experience in content development, brand entertainment integrations, program management, compliance, media planning, production, execution, and analytics.
What You Will Do
You will develop strategic media and content solutions aligned with business and marketing goals, supported by data and insights.
You will stay current on media, content, and technology trends to inform client strategies.
You will collaborate across P&G and Carat teams to align priorities and identify partnership opportunities.
You will partner with P&G clients and entertainment industry partners—media companies, production teams, networks, and agencies.
You will pursue new entertainment opportunities and manage existing partnerships.
You will provide cost/value recommendations and develop impactful activations.
You will oversee media integration agreements and tactical plans with suppliers and activation teams.
You will ensure accurate media plans.
You will lead client presentations, proposals, and trend POVs.
You will manage expectations, deliverables, and program recaps per agency/client guidelines.
You will develop paid, owned, and earned media ecosystems based on insights and strategy.
You will manage direct reports on financial reporting, budgets, and trackers.
You will be a cross‑agency liaison for content and media.
You will participate in creative approvals, shoots, and production reviews.
You will travel to support program success and activation.
Qualifications
5+ years in advertising/media planning (digital, social, influencer, PR, video, or creative).
Client servicing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve challenges under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social platforms; MediaTools experience.
Willingness to travel quarterly.
Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
