Senior Designer Compensation Range: $105K - $120K per year Schedule: Full-time; flexibility in hours is allowed, but must be available during the core work hours of 9 am to 6 pm PST Location: Remote; California or Nevada Preferred Description: The Senior Designer will focus on generating on-brand, highly‑engaging creative content using digital, video, and presentation media. This person will have their hands in a variety of projects and serve as a creative leader in both design and presentation development. Presentation design experience is required. They will be a strong leader with a passion for the latest design trends and creative technologies, eager to elevate the agency’s work on behalf of our clients. What You’ll Do Design and maintain brand standards for multiple clients simultaneously Apply existing client brands to various event elements, including show looks, scenic design, signage, etc., while maintaining brand consistency and pushing visual limits to “add fire to a brand” within the show experience Lead and work with an extended team of freelancers and contractors Collaborate with video editors, producers, cinematographers, and photographers as needed Design print collateral, signage and other forms of campaign design Create social media imagery Design trade show booths Use generative AI tools and prompting What You’ll Need To Succeed 8+ years on a creative team in an agency environment 4‑year undergraduate degree, preferably with a major in fine arts Extensive experience working with and/or developing brand guidelines Experience in participating in agency creative processes, including creative briefs, kick‑off brainstorms, weekly review meetings, and presentations to clients/executives Well‑rounded skill set, including graphic design, website design, and presentation design Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Keynote Prior experience in presentation design required Knowledge of standards and technology for web design and app design Photoshop skills, including photographic editing and compositing Design for video motion graphics preferred, but not required Ability to delegate tasks and implement changes effectively Ability to read, write, and speak English to the extent necessary to perform the essential functions of the job, including communicating with clients and team members Excellent written and oral communication skills What CG Creative Offers You Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Discretionary time off 10 paid holidays Paid leave (e.g., Jury Duty, Bereavement, etc.) Candidate referral bonus Company laptop Technology reimbursement Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options Compensation Salary range between $105K - $120K – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
