Why consider this job opportunity Competitive pay and benefits Flexible vacation allowance Flexible work-from-home or office hours Opportunity to help shape the future strategy of the Sportsbook and Casino product Work in a startup culture backed by a secure, global brand Join a diverse and inclusive work environment that celebrates authenticity What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Monitor daily, weekly, and campaign-level social performance across platforms, building dashboards and reports that evaluate KPIs Measure the impact of influencer campaigns, including content performance, audience relevance, and ROI Analyze platform trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for content optimization Support product launches and promotions with pre-, mid-, and post-campaign analysis and reporting Assist in identifying and evaluating potential influencer partners based on audience fit and content quality What is Required (Qualifications) 2-5 years of experience in social analytics, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analysis Strong understanding of social platform analytics (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) Experience with analytics platforms such as Emplifi, Sprout, or similar tools Proficiency in SQL and Python for database management and data analysis Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling summaries and visualizations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in the sports or casino industries Familiarity with data platforms like Tableau, Amplitude, or PowerBI Experience with tracking influencer conversions, attribution, or affiliate metrics Interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and analysis Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
