Media Director Fingerpaint Group is looking for a strategic Media Director to develop omnichannel media campaigns that drive client success. The role requires deep expertise in media planning, buying, and data analysis across traditional and digital tactics. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive media plans, ensuring workflow, productivity, and client expectations are met or exceeded. Collaborate cross‑functionally with strategy, creative, and account teams to integrate media strategies within larger marketing programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure media budgets and media channel strategy. Partner with internal departments on scoping, staff development, process improvements, and client satisfaction. Provide leadership to internal strategic insights, CRM, and planning teams to create aligned media strategies. Qualifications 6‑8+ years of media planning and buying experience. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of media buying and planning, vendor landscape, channel strategies, and targeting nuances. Experience leveraging third‑party research (e.g., Kantar) to inform media recommendations. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), industry tools, and technology (e.g., DCM, MediaOcean). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams. Why Fingerpaint Group?
