STUDIO DIRECTOR (Orangetheory Fitness Denison)
Full-Time • Salary + Commission
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Studio Director is the driving force behind the growth of Orangetheory Fitness Denison. This leader blends sales, community engagement, and member experience into one dynamic role. They serve as the connector between the studio, the community, and the members we serve, while supporting daily operations and contributing to a high-performance culture.
This position sits between a Studio Manager and Head Coach. Someone who can sell, motivate, build relationships, and help bring our studio to 250 members in 6 months and 350+ in 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
Owns the studio’s sales pipeline from lead → intro → close.
Conducts intro classes, membership consults, and follow-ups.
Tracks KPIs: conversions, cancellations, freeze rates, and weekly sales goals.
Partners with the owner team to build monthly sales strategies.
Community Engagement + Marketing
Builds strong relationships with local businesses, schools, medical offices, and community groups.
Represents OTF at local pop-ups, events, B2B partnerships, and grassroots marketing.
Drives awareness through community presence and local marketing efforts.
Supports social media content creation and community-facing campaigns.
Member Experience + Retention
Builds genuine relationships with current members to increase retention.
Engages the floor during peak hours to learn names, celebrate wins, and create a welcoming vibe.
Coordinates member appreciation days, challenges, celebrations, and referral programs.
Works with Jake (Operations Manager) to ensure the studio environment and service match brand standards.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Works closely with the Operations Manager on schedules, systems, and in-studio execution.
Supports coaches and staff by ensuring they have what they need to be successful.
Helps onboard new team members.
Runs or assists with meetings, training sessions, and coach development touch points.
Possible Light Coaching
5–10 classes per week max
Bring energy and set the culture inside the room.
QUALIFICATIONS
Outgoing, magnetic personality; naturally able to connect with people.
Previous sales experience required (fitness preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communicator with a friendly, confident presence.
Must thrive in a goal-driven environment.
Must LOVE people and community engagement.
Comfortable with flexible hours (early mornings, some evenings, occasional weekends).
Ability to represent the Orangetheory brand in the community.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Salary: $38,000–$45,000 (based on experience)
Monthly Bonuses: Performance-based (sales, member count & usage metrics)
Estimated Total Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 annually
