About This Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models that understand, generate, and evaluate design work. You’ll assess and enhance how AI systems handle interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences, providing detailed feedback to shape future AI tools for designers.
This is a new and growing area for our company focused on teaching AI to better understand visual and design principles. Designers must first complete our general core assessment and then a qualification for Web & UI/UX Design. Once approved, you will work on general AI training projects and be invited to contribute to design‑specific projects in UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation.

You can work on your own schedule.
General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hr, with bonuses for exceptional work.
Responsibilities
Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
A current, in progress, or completed bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
