Freelance Videographer
Join an exciting project focused on capturing and showcasing the dynamic world of real estate and fix‑and‑flip ventures. This role involves both on‑site videography and post‑production editing to create engaging property tours, document renovation processes, and produce an episodic YouTube series featuring industry insights and behind‑the‑scenes journeys. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video, comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Denver, and able to collaborate closely with company owners to bring their vision to life.
Deliverables
- Film high‑quality property tours and on‑site footage of fix‑and‑flip projects in the Denver area
- Capture interviews and episodic content with company owners for YouTube
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for online platforms
- Develop a consistent visual style and narrative flow across all content
- Deliver final videos optimized for YouTube and social media distribution
- Collaborate with the team to plan shoots and ensure all required content is captured
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Proficiency with professional video equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong storytelling skills and an eye for detail in both filming and editing
- Ability to work on‑site in Denver; willingness to travel as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with YouTube content creation and social media best practices is a plus
