Key Role
Apply a broad understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis to improve organizational performance by recommending changes in strategy, structure, processes, human capital, culture, and information technology. Provide recommendations to capitalize on opportunities, advise on operations improvement, and serve as a practitioner across management advising pillars and functional communities.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with technical editing in a government or private environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Strong proofreading skills for grammar and punctuation with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Education and experience combination: HS diploma or GED & 4+ years writing/editing OR Associate's degree & 3+ years writing/editing OR Bachelor's degree & 2+ years writing/editing
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of DoD intelligence editing standards and styles
- Familiarity with Community Authorized Classification and Control Markings (CAPCO)
- Ability to manage multiple publication projects in a fast‑paced team environment
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Projected salary range: $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 annualized USD. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Employees eligible for full benefit programs must work full‑time or part‑time (≥20 hrs/week). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
