Senior Graphic Designer

Seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to shape the future of Women’s Running Apparel through narrative-driven graphic storytelling. This role requires a designer with strong conceptual skills, deep curiosity, and proven excellence in creating impactful apparel graphics. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at world-building, and brings both imaginative vision and disciplined execution to every project.

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $37.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven graphics across multiple seasonal collections.
  • Create Graphic Visual Centers, presentations, schematics, trims, and artwork that align with product and design intent.
  • Collaborate with Graphic, Product, Color Design, Product Management, and Tech Dev teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across apparel lines.
  • Participate in brainstorms, design reviews, and strategy sessions to define the future of Running apparel.
  • Conduct and apply consumer, cultural, and design research to inform innovative storytelling and product execution.
  • Present design concepts, narratives, and strategies to senior leadership and external partners.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in product creation or agency environments.
  • A well-curated portfolio demonstrating research, inspiration, storytelling, development, and final execution.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design principles.
  • Ability to work directly with diverse consumers/athletes and translate insights into compelling visuals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
  • Ability to manage multiple long- and short-term projects, staying organized through ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of apparel graphics experience.
  • Expertise in storytelling, narrative development, and collection-based world-building.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Viscom, and AI tools.
  • Knowledge of product design processes from ideation to final execution.
  • Passion for sport, culture, and staying connected to emerging graphic design trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure product and creative excellence.
