Position Description

Purpose: The Graphic Designer will support brand, marketing, clothing, and operations teams by creating visually compelling assets across digital, print, apparel, and product design. This role is ideal for a designer with strong foundational skills who wants hands‑on experience, ownership of projects, and exposure to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print channels, including apparel graphics, social media graphics, email visuals, signage, flyers, presentations, and internal materials.
  • Support apparel and product design initiatives, including concept development, mockups, and production‑ready files.
  • Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring files are properly labeled and archived.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with print vendors or production partners to ensure accurate output and quality control.
  • Prepare, package, and deliver accurate files for print and digital production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Receive, interpret, and apply feedback efficiently to refine designs.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and participate in creative brainstorming to elevate brand presence.
  • Promote retail performance by coaching Team Players on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and sales execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creativity, and versatility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with apparel, merchandise, or product design.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience designing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Interest in fitness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
