LHH is currently recruiting a UI/UX Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in Dallas, TX. The role is fully onsite at the client’s office.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, developers, and other designers—to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Create user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UI/UX best practices, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
