We’re Hiring: Licensed Insurance Producer

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8–5 | Pay: Salary + Commission ($36K–$60K)

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a book of business through client relationships and new prospecting.
• Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals.
• Provide ongoing support for policy changes, renewals, and claims.
• Keep compliance on point with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Customer-service mindset ensuring our customers are well taken care of.
