Job Description We are looking for a primary owner of the Gan Discrete Product strategy for Sever/AI power infrastructure applications and markets. Be the product owner throughout the product lifecycle, assuming full responsibility for its success and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead product and roadmap definition by collating inputs from field, customer and other resources in the market. Collaborate with the applications team to define product requirements based on customer and market needs

Primary interface to Sales, FAE, Regional and Solution Marketing teams for coordinating product technical and non‑technical support.

Act as the main liaison between field teams and the development team. Be the primary VOC as part of the development process.

Responsible for driving product promotion activities, providing information on product roadmaps, identifying and closing new design‑in opportunities, as well as Sales/FAE trainings.

Developing business cases for new product and technology projects and presenting them to senior management.

Drive development of approved projects in partnership with project manager and represent VOC throughout the development process.

Contribute in all aspects of P&L (Profit and Loss) management including pricing, cost optimization, portfolio management and investment planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Electrical Engineering

or equivalent in a similar field

10+ years of work experience in the power semiconductor industry, preferably in customer‑facing roles such as Marketing Engineer, Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, Field Applications Engineer etc.

Experience with power discrete product (MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC) is required. Experience with GaN technology is a plus. Solid understanding of power conversion applications.

Prior experience working with AI/Server Infrastructure customers and understanding of server/AI infrastructure power system architecture.

Proven track record of working in a customer interfacing role, dealing with worldwide sales and marketing teams.

Thorough understanding of semiconductor product development and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Proactive self‑starter with an ownership mindset.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a cross‑cultural environment as part of a diverse international team.

Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.

Additional Information The expected annual pay range for this position is $150K- $220K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
