Job Description

Answer Telephone, and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person.

Arranges conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for department personnel.

Coordinate and collect financial transaction documents needed by the Vice – President

Report to to the Vice – President or Immediate Supervisor.

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information.

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

Mail transmittal of information and documents.

Submit Daily Accomplishment report to the Vice - President

Performs other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
