MRI Software
From the day we opened our doors in 1971, MRI Software has built flexible, game‑changing real estate software solutions to improve people’s lives. The only way to carry out that mission is to hire the absolute best employees on earth. People like you.
Work hard, play hard. Always. Our relentless commitment to client success, our employee resource groups and our promise to empower our teams to reach their full potential are a few examples of what makes MRI Software special.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in‑office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
The Role: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our solutions. You will be our chief advocate for MRI’s data strategy and solutions globally and create compelling stories that bring our vision to life for market intelligence, benchmarking and partner related integrations. You will also be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert in our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria, as well as how our data solutions support MRI’s platform, MRI Agora, and related products, including MRI Agora Insights.
You need to understand the technical but make it human: take complex ideas and turn them into tangible, impactful stories that resonate with our market, clients, and go‑to‑market teams. You’re a gifted storyteller who constantly strives to refine and strengthen our messaging, positioning, and GTM tools.
This is a very cross‑functional Product Marketing role, and beyond working with stakeholders on other teams, you will consult with other PMMs to ensure our data story and related products complement our go‑to‑market efforts for the MRI Living, MRI @Work, and MRI @Work for Occupier offerings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Product positioning and messaging: develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for your solutions. Understand and document key business and technical benefits for buyers.
Champion product adoption: work cross‑functionally with Product teams and Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure we’re effectively positioning, pitching, and closing deals that include your solutions.
Sales Enablement: communicate the value proposition of the products in your segment to GTM teams and develop sales tools that support the selling process of your products. This includes externally facing content such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures and data sheets, as well as internally facing content such as competitor cheat sheets and other training materials.
Product launches: serve as the Marketing lead for all new product launches, upgrades and releases in your segment. Working closely with the data team for go‑to‑market planning for new data‑driven offerings and partnerships, ensuring alignment with platform‑wide launches.
Demand generation & content creation: provide input into demand generation and campaign planning for your segment. Help shape campaigns and initiatives that showcase MRI as the leader in connected real estate data, highlighting use cases such as market benchmarking, financial risk analysis, and portfolio optimization. Advise on thought leadership content to support campaigns, including market insights, white papers, eBooks, blogs, webinars and more.
Digital Content: develop and maintain data content and strategy for global websites, working with data team and other Marketing team members to optimize for search and advocacy.
Market intelligence: develop and maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitor capabilities and customer needs in your market segment. Be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them! Share relevant information with Product Management, Sales and other Marketing team members.
Lead internal and external enablement: create content for and lead internal training on new products and features, client‑facing webinars and meetings, breakout sessions at our annual user conference, Ascend, and run point on cross‑functional meetings and collaboration to support all efforts.
Support thought leadership: leverage your research and knowledge to create compelling assets that support our vision in the market. Position MRI as a thought leader in data‑driven real estate strategy, contributing content on benchmarking, analytics maturity, and AI‑powered decision support.
