Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Our client, a growing company with an office in Columbia, MD, is looking for a Director to spearhead and manage all paid media initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Support budget forecasting and tracking for paid media.

Optimize PPC campaigns across all channels.

Conduct A/B testing and review campaign data to make informed strategic changes and achieve higher ROI.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with SEO and other teams.

Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in paid media campaign management.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience managing high-value monthly paid media budgets.

Excellent analytical skills with strong detail orientation.

About the Role

Salary range of $150K with annual bonus potential.
