About the Role As a Retail Marketing Associate, you will support our marketing team by representing client brands inside retail environments and event locations. You’ll engage with customers, promote products, and help create positive brand experiences that drive sales and customer interest.
Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally inside retail and event settings.
Interact with customers, provide product information, and answer questions.
Support daily retail marketing activities to increase customer engagement.
Promote sales opportunities by highlighting product benefits and offers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing promotional area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign and sales goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
