This thought leader is responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of go-to-market and sustainability programs, leveraging deep expertise in dairy industry operations, marketing, and sustainable food production. The role drives market share, value creation, and stakeholder trust while aligning with Elanco’s vision for animal health, responsible food systems, and One Health principles. **Your Responsibilities:** Engage the dairy value chain (producers, veterinarians, processors, cooperatives) through education, launches, and advocacy; cultivate external partnerships (industry orgs, NGOs, academia, government). **What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):** **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field **Experience**: Minimum 10 years’ experience in dairy marketing, animal health, operations or sustainability, demonstrating specialized depth and/or breadth within the discipline **cross-functional program leadership and stakeholder partnership** in the US dairy ecosystem and **data-driven marketing and industry expertise** (digital, CRM, analytics) with deep knowledge of US dairy regulations, structure, and sustainability challenges Top skills include **What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):** Commercialization/product launch experience in animal health or agricultural sectors.
Experience managing regulatory risks related to environmental/social impacts.
Familiarity with digital technologies (IoT, IoE, predictive analytics) affecting the dairy sector.
