In 2022, we raised a $44 million growth investment from the US‑based Susquehanna Growth Equity to further accelerate our growth in our key markets, including the US.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a talented Head of Growth Marketing to join Sievo’s global Marketing team of 20. You’ll be our first marketing manager based in the US, leading our global Growth Marketing strategy, existing growth marketing team and efforts, with the goal of driving a qualified sales pipeline and top‑line revenue growth.

For this role, we are seeking a strategic thinker and a doer with a proven track record of implementing successful, data‑driven growth marketing strategies in the B2B SaaS space. You’re a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution and ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals and objectives. You lead by example, and you don’t shy away from doing hands‑on work yourself.

You will be responsible for all Growth Marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels in paid, owned and earned media. In addition, you are responsible for overseeing the analytics, reporting, and ROI of growth initiatives and fostering efficient cross‑functional work and shared success. This is a full‑time and global role, in which you’ll be reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing.

What you’ll get to do as our Head of Growth Marketing:

Growth Marketing strategy and execution:

Develop and carry out a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives pipeline and revenue impact amongst our ICP of enterprise accounts. Manage new client acquisition and expansion of revenue growth strategies across various marketing channels.

Leading by example:

Hire, coach and directly manage a high‑performing growth marketing team, and manage our 3rd‑party agency and freelancer relationships.

Marketing ROI and reporting:

Analyze and report on the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives, their connection to the revenue funnel and determine areas of investment in the growth marketing domain.

Marketing innovation and experimentation:

Design and execute data‑driven experiments to test and optimize various marketing channels and tactics. Recommend and discover untapped areas of growth, double down on the most important drivers, and identify initiatives to start, continue and stop doing.

Work and win together as a team:

Effortlessly collaborate cross‑functionally with the wider marketing team, sales, customer success and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize revenue impact.

Marketing technology and trends:

Identify and leverage new and emerging platforms, tools and trends to drive growth and innovation. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in GTM motions (including AI).

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in various growth marketing domains, including digital marketing, performance marketing, web development, demand generation, and marketing operations in a B2B SaaS context.

Proven track record of leading, scaling, and coaching high‑performing marketing teams.

Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset: ability to create and understand marketing contributions to sales and revenue figures and make meaningful analysis on key numbers.

Proficiency in various MarTech solutions: marketing automation tools, CRM/CMS systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely for various audiences.

Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively cross‑functionally with other revenue teams, including Sales, Customer Success and Revenue Operations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Self‑motivated and result‑oriented nature, with a passion for driving business growth and customer success.

What we consider as an advantage in this role:

Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch.

Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields.

Preference for candidates based in Chicago, IL, where our US office is located, though we are open to candidates across the US.

Salary range:

$120,000 – $170,000. The salary will be determined based on the chosen candidate’s experience and qualifications for the position.
