Position Summary
Join our partner firm, Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA), an Invision Studio, asa BIMand ITManageroverseeing and administeringtheutilizationoftechnology-based toolsand standardsto support architectural staff.This role plays a key part inensuring smooth project operations by coordinatingand implementinginternal organizationaland client-directedBIM standards,managing the useofdesigntechnology for project delivery acrossall project phases, andassistingwithdevelopmentand deployment oftechnology-basedtoolsfor companyuse.You willuse your technicalexpertisetosupport fellow studio memberswitha strongemphasis onimplementingadvanceddigitalworkflowsand initiatives.The ideal candidate isskilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentandpossessesstrong communicationand interpersonal skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Assistin developmentand implementation oforganizational BIM tools and documentation standards,includingtrainingdesignstaffintheir effective use.
Facilitate efficient project delivery by organizing and applying office-wide and client-directed BIM standards for project teams.
Utilizetechnicalexpertiseto provide guidance to studio colleaguesandassistquality review, with a particular focus onimplementingadvanceddigital workflowsand initiatives.
Collaborate withMAA’sBIM and TechnologyDirector in overseeingand providing technological support to staffmembers.
Lead project team meetings for multi-disciplineBIM related tasksand attend VDCprojectmeetings organized byconstruction teams.
Provideseamless exchange of project informationand deliverablesthroughuseofenhancedcommunicationand collaborativeskillswith clients, consultants, and internal team members.
Manage clash detection andothertechnology-based coordination activities for project design teamsacross multiple disciplines.
Coordinatesetup and maintenance of design projects onMAA’sAutodesk Construction Cloud, includingdigitalfile creation,management of site permissions,andsteeringcloud-hosted model coordination activities across multiple disciplines.
Support firm-wide initiatives andassistwith specialtechnology-basedprojects as needed.
Support operational reliability ofcompanytechnology assets throughassistingon-sitemaintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Provide superior Revit modeling andcomponentbuilding toassistproject staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architectureor equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experienceacross all project phases.
Self-motivated, flexible, and eager to grow into greater responsibilities over time.
Professional architectural licensure is a plus.
Proficiencyinintegratingdesign-based technologyintoproject delivery workflows.
ExtensiveexpertiseinRevitdemonstratedacross diverseproject types, with advanced skills incomponentcreation andprojectfilemanagement.
Demonstrated ability to develop learning material, deliver effective training,and provide ongoingtechnicalsupport to project teams.
Ability toassistmanagement ofcompany technologyinitiativesandtools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability toprioritize andmanage multiple tasks.
Experiencesupporting Revit and design standards and training for staffisrequired.
