Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will shape end‑to‑end marketing plans, partner with cross‑functional teams, and deliver campaigns that directly influence business goals. Accountabilities
Develop and own the complete marketing plan and campaign calendar for assigned service lines.
Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns aligned with sales goals and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with content creators and creative teams to build messaging and impactful campaign assets.
Launch and manage programs across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, events, and content syndication.
Partner with sales teams to support outreach strategies, including account‑based marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs such as MQLs and pipeline contribution, and report insights to stakeholders.
Optimize ongoing campaigns based on analytics and market feedback.
Manage project timelines to ensure the timely delivery of all initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide campaign refinement and differentiation.
Supervise one team member and collaborate on the content strategy for two growing service lines.
Requirements
8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services.
Demonstrated success designing and executing integrated demand‑generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel mechanics.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in measuring and reporting marketing performance metrics.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, DemandBase, Wrike, and Sprout Social.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
